Before sending +
Ensure your controller is a genuine PS5 DualSense. Use a box or sturdy paper bag and secure the controller so it cannot move inside the package. Remove all accessories, including thumbstick caps, grips, and skins, before sending. HYPR is not liable for accessories that are lost or misplaced during service. Send it through Grab, Lalamove, or LBC, or drop it off at our BGC office Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM.
