01How do I send my controller?+
Pack it securely in a box or sturdy paper bag, remove thumbstick caps, grips, and skins, then send it through Grab, Lalamove, LBC, or drop it off at Avida CityFlex SOHO S131 (Pin Tower 1), 7th Ave. cor. Lane T, BGC, Taguig 1630. Drop-off hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM.
02Is my controller safe?+
Your build is inspected, modded, and tested before return. You receive video proof of the finished controller, and removed parts are returned with it.
03When do I pay?+
In-stock parts: Pay after service. Custom or pre-ordered parts: A 50% down payment may be required. Payment methods: GCash, bank transfer, or credit card.
04How long does a mod take?+
Turnaround depends on the controller, selected parts, and current workshop load. HYPR confirms the estimate after checking your build so you are not given a made-up deadline.
